The offshore Skilled - Sponsored Subclass 176 visa and the onshore Subclass 886 visa has been replaced by the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa.
This points based visa is for skilled workers. You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory. You can live and work permanently anywhere in Australia and your family members can be included in the application.
The visa is for skilled workers who are currently in or outside Australia ((NSW, Victoria, SA, NT, QLD, WA, ACT)) who satisfy the point test.
